QUESTION: Is there a way to mass import photos? Both into the galleries and into
the slide show mode?
ANSWER: Currently there is no mass import function. It is something we are defiantly Looking into though.

QUESTION: Superintendent's message and Principals message module headings seems to overwrite each other. Can I have Superintendent's Message appear on the district level and Principals Message appear on the School level?
ANSWER: What browser are you using where you see the overlapping content? Unfortunately you cannot take the principles message from the district and place it on a school. Each site is limited to content created on that specific site.

QUESTION: Slide show images from district appear also on the school sites slide show. Are there independent slide show views? Where do I upload pictures?
ANSWER: Each school slide show widget is independent. Just hover your mouse in the top right of the page over the Hello button and in the drop down navigation click on manage main galleries. On the manage front page slide show tab you can upload and delete photos for that schools slide show.

QUESTION: How do I change profile pictures that were added by accident?
ANSWER: We are updating the editor right now so you can get that functionality back. Currently there is no way to change it. If you like we can delete the image from the system manually if you give us the school and users name.

QUESTION: I cannot delete objects in blogs, news, calendars etc. Every time I try to delete an item it either disappears and comes back or never disappears.
ANSWER: We found an issue with deletion not too long ago. Please try these again. We just tested it and does seem to be working correctly.

QUESTION: When limiting News and Blog views to just a few items the "Next" page view doesn’t cycle to the next post.
ANSWER: This on our to do list right now.
